Rooms have been secured at the Rydges South Bank Brisbane at a special rate for conference delegates. Bookings can be made when registering for the meeting. You will need to select your room types, indicate arrival and departure dates, and provide full prepayment in advance to secure your booking.

** Please note that accommodation can only be booked via your registration 'dashboard' and must be prepaid in full by Friday 13 March 2020. Any bookings that remain unpaid after this date will be cancelled.**

Queen Room - $219.00 per room per night
Queen Rooms are 25m² and fitted with one queen bed, a large picture window and have an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower configuration and a hairdryer. 

This room type also includes breakfast for one person, additional cost for breakfast for two.

Accommodation Policy

Changes to your booking - Any changes to an existing reservation should always be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat (email), NOT the hotel itself.

Extending your stay - Should you need a room outside the main conference dates, please contact the Conference Secretariat (email) to check availability, indicating your required arrival and departure dates. 

Payment - 
A full prepayment of your stay is required by Friday 13 March 2020 to your arrival date to secure your accommodation booking. Only incidental charges must be paid by the delegates directly to the hotel when checking out.

Cancellations - All cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat (email). Rooms cancelled within 30 days of the conference will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay and would like to know the cancellation policy.

Check-in/Check-out times - Rooms are not guaranteed available until 2:00pm on the day of check-in and can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

Check-in time: 2:00pm
Check-out time: 11:00am

Sharing rooms - Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and the name of other delegate with whom you wish to share.

Room availability - During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date.

Security deposit upon check in - Credit card details will be requested from all guests on arrival. The deposit is to cover any miscellaneous charges.

Beware of scams - Firms claiming to be legitimate accommodation and travel agents for this event, such as Business Travel Management, may contact you requesting credit card details. They are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers.
