Important Information

REGISTRATION PROCESS

The first step is to record your personal details on your own 'dashboard'. If you have already completed it from a previous year, you will not have to repeat this, just login to your 'dashboardby entering your email and password. Should you do not remember your password, please contact Daniela Sabolo at ASN Events, who will reset it for you.
As you complete any section of the 'dashboard', you will receive a confirmation email.
You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment or download your invoice.

REGISTRATION FOR GROUP MANAGERS

PAYMENTS

Payment can be made at the time of registration or at a later date. Available options for payment include:
* Credit card
 - VISA or Master Card or Amex. Payments by MasterCard and Visa attract a 1.10% surcharge. Payments by AMEX attract a 3.30% surcharge.
* Cheque - personal or business/employer, drawn upon an Australian bank account
* Direct debit or Electronic funds transfer - you will be emailed banking instructions upon request  

A Tax Invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants. You can reprint this and your receipt from your registration 'dashboard' at any time.   
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
All online registrations are checked by the conference secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your registration 'dashboard'.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Early Bird Payments – Early Bird Registration closed Friday, 8 September 2017. Payment must have been received for early bird registrations no later than Friday, 17 March 2017 or the early bird discount will be forfeited. 

Changes
 - Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking details should have been made via your registration 'dashboard' in the first instance, or directed in an email to Daniela Sabolo at ASN Events, who will endeavour to accommodate the request.

Cancellation Policy
 - Registration cancellations incure a cancellation fee of AUD $100 if made in writing before 20 September 2017. No refund will be payable after that date but registrations can be transferred without penalty to a substitute delegates, who has not registered yet for the conference.
An additional fee may be charged if a hotel booking is cancelled (depending on each hotel's policy). ALL cancellations MUST be made in writing to Daniela Sabolo at ASN Events. 

Insurance
 - The Registration fee did not include insurance of any kind and the Conference Secretariat (ASN Events) cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.

Photography
 - the meeting may secure the services of an official  photographer for the duration of the workshop. Any photographic records will be used by COSA for their own purposes as necessary.
